Why does your furniture cost more than other furniture?
Our furniture is built one piece at a time with solid wood frames, premium materials, skilled craftsmanship, and hand-built construction. The price reflects the strength of the frame, the quality of the materials, the time required to build each piece, and the longer lifespan of custom furniture made to last.
Is it really made in Mexico?
Yes. Our furniture is built in our Michoacan factory by experienced craftsmen. These pieces are not imported or mass-produced overseas; they are made by artisans who work directly with wood, upholstery, carving, iron, copper, leather, and custom finishes.
What makes your wood different?
Our Pinero wood is sourced from Michoacan and selected specifically for furniture durability. It is stronger, denser, darker, and well suited for solid frames, carved details, rustic finishes, and long-lasting handmade furniture.
How durable is the leather?
We work with full-grain Italian leather and premium upholstery materials. Quality leather ages beautifully, develops character over time, and can last for decades when cared for properly.
How comfortable is the furniture?
Our furniture is designed to be used, not only admired. Each upholstered piece is built with extensive upholstery work, premium cushioning, ergonomic support, and hand-crafted comfort.
How long will the furniture last?
Our pieces are built to become heirloom-quality furniture. With solid wood construction, premium materials, careful craftsmanship, and proper care, they are designed to last generations rather than only a few years.
Can I customize it?
Yes. Since we are manufacturers, most pieces can be customized with leather options, fabrics, finishes, dimensions, configurations, wood details, copper accents, hardware, and special design requests.
What kind of quality control do you have?
Each piece goes through multiple inspections during production. We review the structure, hand-finishing, upholstery, measurements, finish details, and final presentation before the furniture is prepared for shipping.
How is the furniture shipped without being damaged?
We use professional packaging, protective wrapping, careful loading procedures, and shipping partners familiar with furniture transportation. Each custom piece is prepared with protection in mind before it leaves our facility.
Why should I choose your furniture instead of a national brand?
A national brand usually offers standardized furniture. We offer real craftsmanship, better materials, custom options, personal accountability, factory-direct expertise, and furniture built by people who take pride in their work.
Do you have furniture in stock?
No. We are manufacturers and our furniture is made to order. Every piece is personalized for each client according to the requested dimensions, design, finish, wood, leather, fabric, and other specifications.
How do I buy a custom furniture piece?
The first step is to request a quote with your specifications. You can select the furniture pieces you want, add quantities, choose the room or area, request custom measurements, and include notes about finishes, leather, fabric, wood, or design details.
What happens after I request a quote?
Our team reviews your request and prepares a quote based on your specifications. Once you approve the quote, we prepare a sales note with the confirmed pieces, details, prices, and order information.
When does production begin?
Production begins once 50% of the approved order total has been paid. This first payment allows us to begin planning materials and manufacturing each custom furniture piece.
When do I pay the remaining balance?
The remaining 50% is paid at the end of the process, before final delivery or shipping coordination. We confirm the status of the order before requesting the final payment.
Can I see the progress of my order?
Yes. You can use Track Order to review the production status of each furniture piece. During the process, we also stay in contact with the client and send photographs showing the progress of each item.
Is shipping included in the furniture price?
No. Shipping is not included in the furniture price. Shipping depends on the size, weight, destination, handling needs, and logistics of each custom order, so it is quoted or coordinated separately.
Where is your factory located?
Our factory is located at Priv. Pino 22, Los Nogales, 61608 Patzcuaro, Michoacan, Mexico. This is where our custom furniture is manufactured and finished.
Do you have a distribution center in the United States?
Yes. Our distribution center is located at 602 Davis Ave, Laredo, TX 78040, United States. This location helps us coordinate furniture movement and logistics for clients in the United States.
