This custom tufted fabric sofa combines refined upholstery with a substantial hand-carved wood base. Its deep button-tufted back, rolled arms, three removable seat cushions, and individual nailhead trim create a tailored silhouette with strong Old World character. The exposed wood apron features carved scrollwork, floral medallions, and sculpted feet finished in warm walnut tones with darker glazed highlights. These decorative details make the sofa well suited for Western, rustic, Spanish Colonial, hacienda, ranch, and traditional interiors. Premium upholstery fabric provides a soft, comfortable surface for formal living rooms, reception areas, hospitality spaces, and custom residential projects. Customers may select from the available fabric collection or provide their own upholstery material, subject to approval and yardage requirements. Each sofa is built and upholstered individually by skilled artisans. The process begins with the construction of the internal frame, followed by the shaping and carving of the exposed wood apron, floral medallions, scroll details, and decorative feet. The wood components are sanded, stained, glazed, and finished by hand to emphasize the depth of the carving. Upholstery work includes padding the frame, forming the rolled arms, creating the button-tufted back, constructing the removable cushions, and placing each decorative nailhead individually. Because the carving, finishing, and upholstery are completed through manual processes, subtle differences in wood grain, stain absorption, fabric tension, tufting, and decorative details are expected. These natural variations reflect the handcrafted character of the sofa and make every finished piece unique.
